Over the years we have remanufactured thousands of manual transmissions and have encountered some complex recurring issue’s in various applications, in addition to feedback from our “specialist customers” we have developed technical upgrades to help solve these ongoing issue’s!
Our Reman facility in Wagga play a pivotal role when a product is developed it’s assembled into a Remanufactured unit and placed on our Manual Transmission Dyno for the initial fitment and testing phase before being installed to a vehicle and evaluated in real world conditions!
Only when our product pass through this rigorous process are they released for sale.
5th gear repair kit
- Repair Kit for Ford Ranger & Mazda BT50.
- Solves disengaging issues (jumping out of gear).
- Comes with 5th needle bearing, sleeve, detent spring, selector seal, rear seal & nuts.
- Available for both 2WD and 4WD models.
3rd gear repair kit
- Repair Kit for Mitsubishi Triton 6 Speed.
- Solves disengaging issues (jumping out of gear).
- Comes with 3rd gear, synchro sleeve, shift fork / lever / lever pin, springs.

Ratio upgrade kit
- Upgrade Kit for Toyota VDJ76, 78 & 79.
- All quality OEM components.
- Changes the ratios in 2nd & 5th gear, improving highway fuel economy.
